Q: What are registrations costs for Adult League play?
A: Registration is based on the following criteria:
$299 - Captain
$299 - Full-Time Player
$150 - Part-Time Player (Teams must meet the minimum roster criteria before Part-Time players will be permitted.)
$25 - Goaltenders (First registration only. Any subsequent registration after is to be refunded.)
Q: How many games will teams be provided?
A: 16 regular season + 2 guaranteed playoff
Q: What is the game requirements to be eligible for playoffs?
A: 6 games season games must be played to be eligible for playoffs.
Q: How old does a player have to be to play adult league?
A: Regular adult league players must be 18 years of age to play without parental consent. Players under the age of 18 must have a parental consent form submitted to management.
Q: When are games to be played?
A: Games will be played Sunday - Thursday nights. Game start times vary from 8pm-10pm depending on the night of the week. There will be no games on long weekend Sundays and Mondays.
Q: Where are games to be played?
A: All games are played at Karen Magnussen Arena in North Vancouver, BC.
Q: When does league play start and finish?
A: League play will starts around April 15th and playoffs finish the first week of August.
Q: How do I spare for a team?
A: NSIHL Adult does not allow spares that have not already rostered on other teams play in the league. This is do to insurance liability and for roster management.
Q: What value do I get from the $299 registration cost?
A: The $299 cost covers the following:
1. $25 - Insurance
2. $15 - League T-Shirt
3. $15 - Entrance Ticket to awards dinner
4. $13.55 / per game value
Q: How and where do I order jerseys?
A: NSIHL have a dealer agreement with LAGA Sports to provide uniforms at a discounted price. Please email Dylan Williams if you have any questions about buying uniforms.
